Crocheting is my tranquilizer. I crochet all kinds of things, from lingerie (that was my husband’s idea) to shawls and dresses, a kilt (made for hubby), hats, and bookmarks. I enjoy crocheting, and because of my best friend’s 3 children, I make things for them as well. I plan to post my work on this site, because so many times I have looked online for free patterns for the things I love to make, and have not found them. I love to blog, almost as much as I love to crochet. Have fun browsing my collection, and enjoy the selection. I haven’t found many of the things I love to make, including that dress I get all kinds of comments about (from snarky to envious and all the way back to admiration) and the classic hair covers from the middle ages. They’re called Snoods. They’re like hats, only wearing one is more like wearing a hairnet. They’re great for decorating your hair on a day when you just don’t feel like brushing it, or you’re so busy that you don’t have time to style your hair. Snoods are great. I steal all my snood patterns from CrochetPatty.com. She does absolutely amazing doily patterns, and each pattern I use and modify into a snood pattern, is one that is either adjustable, a large round, or a square with promise.
Due to the large amount of copyright piracy on the internet, I have decided to post a TOS list. Laugh all you want. It’s serious, and seriously funny.
