Using CD, make 4 (60 shell) Mile-a-Minute strips and 2 (40 shell) strips
Using CE, make 4 (25 shell) Mile-a-Minute strips.
Join strips in order: Beginning at front, CD, CA, CD, CE, CD short (sleeve), CE, CB, CA, CB, CA, CB, CE, CD short (sleeve), CE, CD, CA, CD
Joining procedure: sc in first dc of 3 dc loop of first strip, sc in second dc of 3 dc loop of second strip, sc in third dc of first strip, sc in 4th dc of second strip. repeat to end. be sure you have the strips facing the same direction, as it looks funny if you don’t. Join all the way to ends of short strips, and join past ends of next strip. Sleeves are optional, so don’t join above the short CD strips. Join the tops of first 2 long strips to second 2 long strips.
Finishing: sc in each dc, 3sc in loop, sc in each dc, shell between each strip, repeat around.
Collar: (CA)ch2, shell in each loop (14 shells), ch2, turn, repeat for 5 more rows.
Sleeves (option 1): (CA)Repeat as for collar, shell in between every pair of dcs. This makes a big, flowing sleeve. If you’d prefer a tighter, more form-fitting sleeve, follow below.
Sleeve (option 2): repeat as for collar, shell between every other pair of dcs, sk 4 dcs between.
I’ll post pictures as soon as I have them. Sorry about the delay.
